A lifelong maker obsessed with the magic of handmade things, I pour passion into every one-of-a-kind creation—just like the one-of-a-kind people they’re made for. At Special Little Whiskers Kitten Rescue, they believe every kitten deserves a chance to thrive. Starting with just one little purr, one tiny paw, and one rescued heart at a time, they’re on a mission to save homeless cats in Decatur, IL, heal their wounds (both seen and unseen), and find them loving furever homes.
The Rising Phoenix Decatur is a grassroots movement in Decatur, Illinois, uniting neighbors to support survivors of domestic violence and nurture resilient youth in trauma-affected homes. Through trauma-informed programming, emergency resources, and intergenerational healing initiatives, they provide survivors and youth with safety, skills, and support to break cycles of violence.
I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Bre's Peephole Designs! The customer service was exceptional. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful designs they offer. Each item is crafted with such attention to detail, making it hard to choose just one favorite.
